- Statement of Work Combined Synopsis / Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-17-T-A312 is to replace the existing phone/listening system for the Resistance Training Lab, as well as to convert 6 analog observation stations into digital/analog observation stations for the Fairchild AFB 92 TRS and is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation has been set under the NAICS Code of 334310, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees.
