Description

Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Trumpf Medical Systems, Inc. The proposed contract action is for a TruSystem 7000 Operating Table and accessories. The following medical equipment is required: QTY 2, TRU SYSTEM DOUBLE JOINT,-111879: INCLUDES: TABLE, CABLE REMOTE, HEAD SECTION DOUBLE, LEG SECTION SHORT, CHARGING CABLES AND PADS. QTY 1, BIOMED TRAINING - TABLES (PER PERSON) QTY 4, ARMBOARD SNAPLOCK (4.25"), EA QTY 1, LIGHTWEIGHT TRANSFER BOARD, 2012543 QTY 5, 1909820, SEAT SECTION EXTENSION H V U QTY 1, FOOT SUPPORT,111618: ONE PART: ROTATABLE (CLAMPS SOLD SEPERATELY) QTY 2, EASY LOCK BLADE CLAMP, 111426 This sole source action is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no competitive solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements or provide an equal product may give written notification to the contract specialist for consideration. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above for the requested products. Responses are due by Wednesday August 9th, 2017 at 9:00 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be e-mailed to daniel.c.dahl.civ@mail.mil. No telephone responses will be accepted. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing capability statements will be provided by the Government.
