This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-0930 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 337214, Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing. This is set-aside for SDVOSB. The requirement is for brand name X-Chair for use at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. Delivery location is Carl Vinson Veterans Health Administration Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd. ATTN: Warehouse, Dublin, Georgia, 31021. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
