- SUBJECT Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of NSN 6625-01-530-9614KV - Spectrum Analyzer. ITEM DESCRIPTION NSN 6625-01-530-9614KV is a Spectrum Analyzer that measures and monitors complex Radio Frequency (RF) and microwave signals. The analyzer integrates traditional spectrum measurements with advanced vector signal analysis, optimizing speed, accuracy, and dynamic range. The Spectrum Analyzer is readily adaptable to meet changing measurement needs. Optional features enable the analyzer to be configured as a comprehensive analytical tool for communications systems and components. IMPEDIMENT TO COMPETITION The original equipment manufacturer for NSN 6625-01-530-9614KV (Analyzer) is Keysight Technologies Inc. (CAGE 1LQK8), which maintains its configuration by part number and software version. The Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or any other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. As a result, Keysight Technologies Inc. is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the NSN performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to produce this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment. INTEREST The DLA/AWB Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Keysight Technologies Inc. for the manufacture of NSN 6625-01-530-9614KV (Analyzer). Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 23 August 2017 to Jennifer Thomas at jennifer.thomas.1@us.af.mil and jennifer.thomas.1@us.af.mil. The Government intends to procure these items using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
