- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol Laredo Sector, intends to issue a single source award to Horizon Performance L.L.C. an analytical study to include the software that will assist to define the traits and behaviors that make a successful BORTAC Candidate/Operator under the authority of FAR by FAR 6.302-1. The contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months from date of award. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bids. No formal solicitation package is available. Proposal submissions are not being requested as this information exchange system is only available through this single source.
