- Clarification to Answer and Question Document that was posted on Friday, August 4th Question #112. The not-to-exceed budgets for media buys and other direct costs, included on the pricing worksheet, Attachment B, will be included in the total award amount. The budgets for media buys and ODCs are predetermined, set, amounts in the current contract and included in the total overall contract value. Per the RFP, page 19, "Prices for CLINS X004, X005 and X006 have been provided, by the government, as not to exceed amounts. These prices shall not be revised."
