- JOFOC RFQ package The US Embassy Abu Dhabi would like to get competitive quotes for spare parts for Trane central screw chillers per the schedule of supplies given below. Vendor shall quote net prices for door delivery to US Embassy Abu Dhabi via economic mode of shipment. Schedule of supplies /services: SPARE PARTS FOR TRANE CHILLER: RTAC 300D UZ0H HAGRWY 2COBRA5T N11ARCES N. SERIAL NO:. U15C01293 - PLEASE SEE ATTACHED RFQ FOR DETAILED INFORMATION - Quotes are due on September 7, 2017 by 2:00pm (UAE time). In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following: 1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449. 2. Trade License copy. 3. Catalog or data sheet - if any available - for reference. 4. Agreement /confirmation for net 30 days payment terms. 5. Statement of delivery time (net days or weeks) for door delivery to US Embassy Abu Dhabi. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable terms based on initial quotations without holding discussions. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotation shall be submitted via e-mail at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov no later than 2:00pm on September 7, 2017, marking reference no. "PR6460030" in the subject line of your email.
