Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to TeraRecon, of Foster City, CA, for VISN 23 s need to refresh the TeraRecon physical servers in place for advanced visualization. As part of the upgrade, VISN 23 is also seeking software licensing that will enable the use of features and functionality not currently licensed and available that will improve the delivery of patient care. NAICS code # 541519, applies to this procurement.    This Intent to Sole Source is in addition to the Sources Sought Synopsis that was posted to FBO on 6/28/2017. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.    No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.    This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 3pm CDT on 8/11/2017. Justification and Approval document will be made available via FBO in accordance with FAR 6.305.
