The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to furnish all services defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found on RFQ: VA69D-17-Q-0093. The NAICS Code is 562998 with a Size Standard of $7,500,000.00 in revenue. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of approximately 12 months and four (4) 12-month options to extend services.
