- This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for (commercial) supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Core Systems, 1300 Danielson St., Q, Poway, CA 92064 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for... Rugged Systems Rackmount computers: twenty-two (22) Rackmount PC's P/N 20875-1UMIL-01 and six (6) P/N G219-TP-USB-8KVM Rackmount KVM's. (Make sure to list quantities and part numbers, if available) The required delivery of the supply items is (30 days) after date of award. The NAICS Code for this procurement is (443142) with a size standard of (1000). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
