- Solicitation to include specifications/statement of work, contract provisions and clauses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number is W91364-17-T-0032. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541890 Truck Trailers Manufacturing. The appropriate Size Standard is $15,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Ohio Army National Guard requires the following: See, attached Solicitation document for full details and specifications. All proposals will be considered. Price will be evaluated. Any resultant award will be made to the offeror who submits the lowest quote which meets or exceeds our customer's specifications. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract, single award. The delivery will be in accordance with the statement of work. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this FBO site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents.
