- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, NJ INTENDS TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO HARRIS MANUFACTURING A CONTRACT FOR OPERATING LICENSING TO BE USED WITH THE HARRIS AN/PRC-117G RADIO. A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify companies with the ability to provide licensing for the AN/PRC-117G Radio. The contract will be for 33 operating licenses to be used with the Harris AN/PRC-117G Radio, delivered 60 days after award of contract. THE NAICS code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing Contractors are to submit the following information: 1) Company Name 2) Company Address 3) Company Point of Contact 4) Company Telephone Number 5) Company E-mail Address 6) Company CAGE 7) Company Experience as the prime contractor performing this type of requirement within the past five years.
