- **UPDATE 08 AUGUST 2017** Correct Price Schedule has been uploaded to FedBizOpps. SOLICITATION W911SA-17-Q-3000 IS POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS. Visit www.fbo.gov to see the solicitation in its entirety. Non-Personal Service. Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01 September 2017 (or subsequent date) through 31 August 2018 with four (4) one year options, and the six month option to extend services.
