- The Government is only conducting market research and attainng information to identify contractors that are able to prove all services listed below and the cost associated to acquire these services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. We are currently looking for vendors that can assemble and erect a Bear Base Dome Shelter, along with connecting power and connecting Field Deployable Environmental Control Unit.
