- PR: 0069746473, ISSUE DATE: 23 AUG 2017; CLOSING DATE: 22 SEP 2017 This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fix Price Contract for a quantity of 22 each. The NSN is 4140-01-455-7312, Fan Vaneaxial, P/N: 60E97-1. The item intended sources are Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 70210 and 02LU7) and Grimes Aerospace Company (CAGE 72914). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the government furnish the information. Any manufacturer, other than the intended sources wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/Aviation/Source%20Approval%20Handbook.pdf. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This item is subject to Export Control. The following terms apply: FOB: DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery is 190 days from date of award. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 23 August 2017 with a closing date of 22 September 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
