- Project Name : Ed Center Room Reconfiguration A. All work shall be performed in accordance with the offeror's Statement of Work generated from the Statement of Need, dated 15 May 2017. B. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. C. Proposals must be received not later than COB 21 August 2017 at 1600 CEST (COB). D. Proposal must be valid for 60 days E. Points of Contact (POCs) are as follows: 1st Lt Jordan Camacho, Contracts Manager 0656561-3045, jordan.camacho.1@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer Sumaya Soliman at 0656561-9517, sumaya.soliman@us.af.mil F. A mandatory site visit will be held Friday, 11 August 2017 at 1130 CEST in Building 129. Contractors that do not already have base access and wish to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, jordan.camacho.1@us.af.mil, no later than Thursday, 10 August 2017. G. Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC by COB 16 August 2017. H. Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. I. NAICS: 236220 J. Instructions to Offerors: Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. As a minimum, offers must show, (1) The solicitation number (2) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror (3) Price (broken into construction disciplines such as electrical, masonry, Etc.) (4) A Statement of Work based of the Statement of Need in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. (5) Your Cage code Your quote should include all information stated above and a Statement of Work. The SOW will state what will be accomplished and included in this project. The SOW should cover every item in the statement of Need attached to the request for quote. K. Evaluation of Quotes: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price (2) Technical (Technical will be evaluated by acceptable and unacceptable) (3) Price will be evaluated by lowest price.
