Please return this sources sought information if you are interested and capable of performing the requirement to trong.nguyen@va.gov by 12 pm PST, August 14, 2017 Draft Scope of Work Canon Equipment Maintenance Control General Information The Contractor shall supply all required labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and permits necessary to complete manufacture recommended preventative maintenance for equipment specified below at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Palo Alto Health Care System (PAHCS), Palo Alto Division (PAD). Descriptions of the required services are included in section 3 Description of Work. Location of Work VAPAHCS 3801 Miranda Avenue Palo Alto, CA 94304 Description of Work Provide manufacture recommended preventative maintenance on a monthly basis and two troubleshooting incidents per year for the following equipment. OCE Model TCE4 Serial #451013488 OCE Model TDS4452 Serial #442022737 OCE Model 4986303 Serial #Scan Logic General Requirements Worker Safety Contractor shall observe applicable OSHA and Cal-OSHA requirements. Identification All personnel working at all service locations shall wear clothing, which clearly bears the Contractors Company name. Work hours Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
