- The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for flap motors for refrigerator and air conditioning systems. This requirement is Brand Name Only - Deufra. The Solicitation will be posted on or around 14 August 2017. The Solicitation and any Amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps. All quotes shall be in the English language. Award will be made to the offeror that submits a technically acceptable quote that is the lowest price (LPTA). IMPORTANT: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database
