- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anchorage, AK has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number F17PS01204. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #05-95, effective Jan 19, 2017. This requirement is set aside for 100% total small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 324110, Petroleum Refineries and the business size standard is 1500 employees. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes for heating fuel and propane on a keep-full basis, or when an emergency arises, for 15 locations in Tok, Alaska. Statement of Work Title: Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge Order for Delivery of Propane and Heating fuel. Background: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, Tetlin NWR desires to establish a purchase order to deliver Heating Fuel to fifteen heating fuel storage tank locations and propane tank locations. Historically, Tetlin NWR uses approximately 16,200 gallons of heating fuel, and 1100 gallons of propane annually. Total gallons and cost/gallon are dependent on Refuge needs, weather and market. Requirements: All fuel provided under the resultant purchase order shall be F.O.B. destination, delivered to multiple locations listed. Period of Performance: This contract shall be for a period of one year beginning September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018. Work Description: This purchase order requires the vendor to be a full service company capable of providing propane and heating fuel to the different locations owned by the Refuge. Deliveries are on a monthly Keep-Full basis or emergency basis. Products and Specifications: 1.Heating Fuel and Propane shall be delivered on a monthly Keep-Full or Emergency basis from September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018. Offers must be received by 2:00 pm AKDT on August 17, 2017 at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 1011 E. Tudor Rd M/S171, Anchorage, AK. Offers received after this date and time will be considered non responsive in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
