CHANGED SECTION 35 20 23 Estimated Quantities, SHOAL NO. OPTIONS 2 For Option Shoal 2, Dawhoo River 1 DELETE "8388+00" and REPLACE with "8346+00". 2. BID OPENING EXTENSION The Bid opening will be extended by eight (8) days from Monday, August 14, 2017 to Tuesday, August 22, 2017. 3. BIDDER INQUIRY Technical inquiries are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at www.projnet.org\projnet. Bidder Inquiry Key: BNNFBS-URYDG6. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing via aforementioned method no later than AUGUST 16, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. EST. The Government reserves the right to decline addressing questions or inquiries received after this date. To submit and review bid inquiry items, bidders will need to be a current registered user or self-register into the system. To self-register go to the webpage, click BID tab, select Bidder Inquiry, select agency USACE, enter Key for this solicitation listed above, and your e-mail address, click login. Fill in all required information and click create user. Verify the information on the next screen is correct and then click continue. From this page you may view all bidder inquiries or add an inquiry. Bidders will receive an acknowledgement of their question via email, followed by an answer to their question after it has been processed by our technical team.
