Description

JOFOC The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with Safety Management Systems to procure the following: • ABL Friction Plates (10 each Quantity) • ABL Friction Wheels (20 each Quantity) • MBOM Impact Anvils (5 each Quantity) • MBOM Impact Inserts (5 each Quantity) • ABL ESD Sample Holder (10 each Quantity) • ABL ESD Insulator (10 each Quantity) • ABL ESD Needles (1 pack 250 each) • BAM Porcelain Plates and Pins (1 pack 4700 each) • Test Equipment On-Site Training (1 set) The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jim Huff, email address James.Huff@atf.gov by Friday August 11, 2017 (2:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
