- The purpose of the modification/amendemnt is to provide the following: Question # 1. Is Scoreboard Control part of the SOW? From SOW: "Audio System to be mounted to, and be compatible with the existing stadium scoreboard" and "Trench and bury new conduit from bleachers to football scoreboard and run a new back-up data wire in conduit to hard wire scoreboard controller in press box to football scoreboard. The same conduit/trench may be used for running wiring for sound system." Response: Yes, currently the scoreboard control is remotely controlled. Athletics is looking to have a hardwire back up in the event the remote control becomes inoperable. Question # 2. What is the current parts list? Response: The current parts list is unknown. The Athletics Department will have this information. Question # 3. Are field dimensions/drawings/capacity available? If not, would it be possible to schedule a site visit to obtain dimensions? Response: The Site visit is preferred. Question # 4. Would it be acceptable to have exposed conduit on the bleachers, or does the "trench and bury" conduit have to run around to the closest approach to the booth? Response: Exposed conduit under the bleachers is acceptable. Question # 5. Can a site visit be set up?
