Description

The purpose of the third amendment to change the following: Check off FAR reference 52.225-5 under C.4. Include provision 52.227-15 under Section E. Please note that the FAR reference must be filled in at time of proposal submission. Update 3.0 Scope of Work on page 35-36. Include 5.12 and 5.13 in Option Periods 1-2 under 4.1 Performance Period All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Changes are highlighted in the attached solicitation. Please note that the first set of questions have been completed except for question 12. If you submitted a question and you do not see it listed that means we are working on a response and will post amendment 4 shortly. Thank you!
