Description

JOFOC The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with Stratasys to procure the following: • FORTUS 450mc System (P/N 155-11000-V) (Quantity 1 each) • Standard Material Bundle (P/N 155-10100) (Quantity 1 each) • On-site Installation (P/N FOR-INSTAL-RES) (Quantity 1 each) • Operator Training for (4) Personnel (P/N FOR-TRAIN-RES) (Quantity 1 each) • Omega Pro 1900 Ultrasonic Support Removal System (P/N 109667-0001) • P400-SC Soluble Concentrate (Case of 12) (P/N 300-00600) (Quantity 2 each) The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Friday August 11, 2017 (3:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
