- Appendix C Appendix A Statement of Work Solicitation This is a solicitation notice for the replacement and disposal of an existing paint booth and make-up air unit. This is a set aside 100% for a small business. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK. A site visit will take place Wednesday, 16 August 2017 at 10:00 am Central Time. Please RSVP with me at the contact information below no later than Monday, 14 August 2017 at 12:00 pm Central Time. Once I have a list of attendees, I will forward instructions on the meeting time/place/requirements to bring. Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times 4. Please complete information in all "Fill-in" provisions and clauses, especially: a. FAR 52.204-17 b. FAR 52.209-2 c.
