This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. All vendors shall be registered at www.sam.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), VA256-17-Q-1234. The solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal request for Pulper Equipment, removal of current equipment, installation of new equipment, testing, and training services for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 E. Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA, 71101. All equipment shall be new and under warranty. Note: Sources sought notice was issued prior to solicitation under VA256-17-N-1048. See solicitation for terms and conditions. Quote/Solicitation responses are due August 18, 2017, 3:30pm, Central Standard Time (CST) via email only to Beth.Cook@va.gov. NO FAXED OR MAILD QUOTES/RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All submissions become part of the procurement file. Questions are due August 11, 2017, 12:00pm, CST, via email to Beth.Cook@va.gov.
