Description

This requirement will be processed under FAR Part 12 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items procedures. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract for PAIRS Foundation services to include the purchase of customized resources and supplies to run workshops by the PAIRS Foundation training clergy. It is also the purchase of training events to train more clergy and mental health professionals in facilitating the workshops for future events. The resulting contract will be solicited under the NAICS code of 611430. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be posted on or before 14 August 2017.
