JOIN US! The NASA Kennedy Space Center Business Opportunities Expo 2017* is sponsored by the NASA KSC Prime Contractor Board, 45th Space Wing and the Canaveral Port Authority**. The Expo features 180+ business and government exhibitors and will highlight the small business socioeconomic categories of Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). EXHIBITORS: Schedule - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. -Exhibitors include businesses offering a variety of products and services. -Representatives of NASA, the 45th Space Wing, KSC prime contractors and other government agencies will be available to answer questions about how to do business with their respective organizations. ATTENDEES: Schedule - 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Who Should Attend? -Small Businesses who want to do business with NASA -Small Businesses who want to meet and network with NASA Prime Contractors -Small Businesses in the socioeconomic categories of HUBZone, SDVOSB and WOSB -Large Contractors seeking teaming or subcontracting opportunities with Small Businesses EVENT DETAILS: -Admission, parking and exhibitor booths are free -No Government-issued badge is required -Lunch will be available for purchase from Food Trucks onsite (some trucks may only accept cash as payment) -The event is open to the public -Registration and a printed ticket are required for entrance. FAQs What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is free in the Cruise Terminal 5 parking lot and lower level of the garage. Transportation is not provided. What can I bring into the event? Exhibitors can bring materials to display in their booths, note that there will not be any electricity or WIFI available at the booths. Attendees should bring business cards and/or marketing materials to share. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? E-mail Wendy Miller at wendy.s.miller@nasa.gov or call 321-867-4629. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, all attendees will need to bring their printed ticket to enter. If I register as an Exhibitor, do I also need to register as an Attendee? No, please only register once per person. Can I register more than one booth for my company? No, only one booth per company will be allowed.
