- Statement of Work for Urban Development Program Charrette Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisitions Regulation Part 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and 13.06, "Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is EQPCAA-17-0008. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training; small business size standard is $11.0 million. The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Design and Construction (ODC) located in Washington, DC is seeking the services of a contractor to provide the Urban Development Program with training course instruction services and materials to develop public design workshop (charrette) skills for GSA Central office and regional staff working on GSA capital projects. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Award shall be made to the contractor whose quotation offers the best value to the government. The government will evaluate information based on the evaluation factors in the attached SOW. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION: The Contractor's quotes are due on or before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Contractors' quotes should be submitted in a PDF file to Evangela Brown at evangela.brown@gsa.gov. All questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing/electronically to Evangela Brown, email: evangela.brown@gsa.gov on or before 11:00 AM Eastern Time, Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be answered with an amendment to this synopsis/solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated based on best value to the government. Contractors must submit their final quotes for evaluation.
