- This notice is issued by the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, as an avenue to provide a Request for Quote (RFQ) for W9127N17R0091. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 331210 - Iron and Steel Pipe and Tube Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 13 Jan 2017. This RFQ has three contract line item numbers for the purchase of seven rolled steel fabricated drag pipes, for delivery to the dredge Yaquina 8010 NW St. Helens Road Portland, OR 97210. Quantity Description: 3 Each Extension Pieces: 81.5" per extension piece pipe section (6 total needed) and 13'7' overall length for each extension piece. 2 extension piece pipe sections needed to create one extension piece. 2 Each Upper Drag Pipes: 83.0" per upper drag pipe section (4 total needed) and 13'-10" overall length for each upper drag pipe. 2 upper drag pipe sections needed to create one upper drag pipe. 2 Each Lower Drag Pipe: 85.0" per lower drag pipe section (3 total needed) and 21'-3" overall length for one lower drag pipe. 3 lower drag pipe sections needed to create one lower drag pipe. Offeror's shall include transportation in the pricing. The basis of award will be based on lowest price. The Government has a right to reject any and all offers. See FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation-Commercial Items. Delivery will F.O.B Destination: 8010 NW St. Helens Rd. Portland, OR 97210. The date of delivery will 02 Nov 2017.
