- Attachment 19 - RETS W9113M-15-R-0007 Industry Questions and Government Answers, Rev. 1 RFP AMD 3 This notice releases Amendment 3 to the Reagan Test Site Engineering and Technical Services Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of Amendment 3 is to: 1) Correct Section A Executive Summary, paragraph 3.b., to reflect changes previously made in Amendment 1. 2) Correct Section B CLINs 8002 thru 8008 periods of performance (POP) from 21 months to 24 months and CLIN 9001 (POP) from 9 months to 12 months. 3) Provide clarification to Government answer provided to Q&A number 2 found in RFP Attachment 19 - RETS W9113M15R0007 Industry/Government Q&As Revision 1. There is no change to the proposal due date of 21 August 2017, 2:00 PM CST, as a result of this amendment. END OF NOTICE
