Page 1 of 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice as a set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) and veteran owned small businesses (VOSBs). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: VA262-17-Q-1369. The Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System 3350 La Jolla Village Drive San Diego, CA 92161 has a requirement for Equipment Carts for the VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall furnish all materials/service at the Veterans Affairs, 350 La Jolla Village Drive San Diego, CA 92161. ITEMS NEEDED: Line 1 SUPPLY CARTS KEYLESS 24"CART, BEIGE/SL BLUE Standard Drawer Setup: 3-3", 1-6", 1-9". Beige Shell / Slate Blue Drawer Fronts To be keyed alike PN# APB SB 5 QUANTITY: 11 Line 2 FULL DRAWER MODULAR TRAY PN# AMT 1N QUANTITY: 33 Line 3 MODULAR TRAY FOR 6" DRAWER PN# AMT 6N QUANTITY: 33 - Push-button lock system with key override - Removable colored drawer fronts; Metal drawer pulls - Powder coat paint inside and out - Installed stabilizing frame (value $110) w/non-marring PVC bumper - Twin push handles - Installed high quality 5" Tente swivel casters: 1 locking/1 tracking - Full extension ball bearing drawer slides - One piece wrap around steel construction as well as double sidewall construction for added strength - SOME LIGHT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED / ISO 9001-2008 CERTIFIED 11 Armstrong keyless carts needed for the Specialty Clinics. These carts provide storage for bandages, dressing changes, needles, syringes saline and other supplies. The locked drawers will prevent unauthorized access of supplies and per joint commission standards should be locked. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423450 size standard $20.5 million. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 12 PM EST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
