DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR ONLINE AND ONSITE TRAINING FOR THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION (NFPA) CODES This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for quotes (RFQ); solicitation number is VA119A-17-Q-0340 and a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is contemplated. This procurement is unrestricted (Full and Open). The associated North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 611430 with business size standard of $15 Million. Questions regarding this combined synopsis /solicitation are due on August 16, 2017 at 12:00 Noon ET. No additional questions will be accepted after that time.
