- Description
- A vertical storage system ut i lizing 1 200sq ft. on the ground level, will allow for upwards of 7,500 sq ft available storage vertically. The vertical storage solutions will allow the engine CRF to store equipment, while also making i t readily available for use. CHARACTERISTICS: The vertical storage solution will be an overall size of 1 8' high by 24' long by 1 6' wide. Each bay will contain adjustable pallet shelving that measure 48" X 52" Must be compatible with vertical storage system in building 385. Columns will be of heavy duty roll-formed 1 2 gauge double wall constructi on. L oad bear i ng pads will be contained on each column. There will be 7bays on each side with a trolley lift in the middle. Each bay will have max load capacity of 25,000!bs. Each pallet will have a max load capacity of 2,0001bs. Trolley lift will be completely self-contained with a 2,000lb load capaci ty. Electrical connection for trolley lift will be a cable disconnect. 440V 3-Phase outlet already exist in building. Allows for storage of equipment without consuming ground level square footage. Allows for ease of access to equipment needed on a daily basis. The adjustable pallet stacks allow us to utilize the entire space. Each adjustment is 3" apart. Provides a safe avenue to remove equipment from storage and allow for its temporary use. Award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable.
