- Materials List to Include Model: CMD2410-XDS2.0 Channel Monster and Model: 30002-0024-DI Muffin Monster The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 - only one responsible source, to JWC Environmental LLC., 2850 S Red Hill Ave. Ste. 125, Santa Ana, CA 92705-5541, for components to the wastewater lift stations that are used at FCI El Reno. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333318. The sole source requirements are listed as follows and with further detail as referenced by an attached Materials List to this notice: Model: 30002-0024-DI Muffin Monster and Model: CMD2410-XDS2.0 Channel Monster. JWC Environmental LLC. is the sole source manufacturer of these products and the exclusive source for replacement components to the existing Muffin Monster wastewater grinder system. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers as there is not a solicitation document available. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive bases upon receipt of responses to this notice. However, any vendor who believes they can meet these requirements may give an email response to the Contracting Officer by August 15, 2017, 3:30 CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the referenced requirements. Information may be emailed to cxyates@bop.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If responses are not received, FCI El Reno will proceed with the sole source procurement with JWC Environmental LLC. The Government anticipates an award date on or about August 16, 2017. Faith-based organization and Community-based organization have the right to submit offers equally with other organization for contract for which they are eligible.
