- Attachment 1 Product Description as of 10 Aug 2017 Amendment 0003 to the RFQ Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Update Attachment 1 Product Description with the effective date of 10 Aug 2017. This was updated to clarify the specifications of the requirement. Offerors should ensure their quotes meet the specifications of this updated version. - Update the RFQ due date to 15 Aug 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Update the RFQ due date to 11 Aug 2017 at noon Eastern Time - Add provision 52.204-7 System for Award Management (Oct 2016) - Add provision 52.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984) for the installation service. A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, August 9th at 3:00 p.m. at building 3842 for all offerors interested in attending; no more than two representatives are allowed per company. All those attending must notify Contract Specialist, Cindy Baker, at cindy.baker@socom.mil and request access to the installation if unable to access on their own. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Update the RFQ due date to 4 Aug 2017 at noon Eastern Time - Update Attachment 1 Product Description with the effective date of 31 Jul 2017; installation to occur during weekend hours was removed from section 2.4 and the placement of the current cages was added to section 1.1. Contact the POC, Cindy Baker, to request files for the Amendment 0001 and updated product description as attachments won't post to FBO due to technical difficulties. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 for commercial items, using simplified acquisition procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This acquisition is being competed unrestricted. The agency intends to award a firm fixed price contract for items as defined in this RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, and DFARS Change Notice 20160630.
