- Wage Rates FAR Clauses This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for shop compressor condensate tank cleaning and drying prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-17-Q-PNN017. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition circular 2007. This acquisition is set aside small business. The NAICS code is 333912. The small business size standard is 500. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Evaluation Process: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, PPE, labor and disposal to clean and dry the interior surfaces of the shop compressor condensate tank at IPD Mobile buoy repair shop. Vendor to clean inside of IPD Mobile main air receiver. Receiver has oil residue from normal operations, remove and dispose of residue. Steam cleaning or chemical flush cleaning preferred. Shop will remove and re-install inspection hatch to allow cleaning. Vendor will dispose of all cleaning solution and oily materials from site.
