- C-5 REVISED Lavatory Product Descripton This acquisition will be for Small Businesses. The government intends to establish a Competitive Small Business Supply contract using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to replace and install lavatories and associated components with a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. It will be a FFP contract; Basic 1- year plus four - 1-year option periods. The government owns technical data and engineering data. Requirement is to be able to procure, manufacture, package and ship the component parts necessary for the C-5 Lavatory Modification Kit. The Kits consist of a variety of aircraft rated parts composing of the following types: machined metal brackets; manufactured fiberglass trim panels; Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) lavatory system components such as valves, connectors and motors; and commercial bench stock hardware components such as clamps, nuts, bolts and washers. All of these various types of components combined and packaged together will make up the C-5 Lavatory Modification Kit.
