- LCAAP Conditions of Entry Individual Registration Form Company Registration Form Industry Day #1 The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), the Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM MAS), the Joint Munitions Command (JMC), and the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) Commander will be hosting the 1st Industry Day for the planned competition for operation of LCAAP and correlating small caliber ammunition production beginning in FY20. Industry Day will occur at two locations: October 18, 2017 - Adams Pointe Conference Center, Courtyard Marriott October 19, 2017 - LCAAP, Independence MO Please see the attached documents for additional details and registration information.
