- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. Sonny Montgomery VAMC 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson, Jackson, MS 39216 has a requirement for Tissue Tek Laboratory Equipment. Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under number VA256-17-Q-1300. There is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business set-aside requirement for this procurement. The Government's intent is to make a firm-fixed price contract to the responsive and responsible Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror. All interested bidders shall submit quotations electronically by email to lakeisha.white@va.gov Telephone replies will not be honored. Bidders should supply a point of contact, company address, phone, fax and email address and must be registered in the SAMS database (www.SAMS.gov) with no debarments or suspension (EPLS) to be considered responsive. The bidder should confirm receipt of email submissions. Quotations are due by August 16, 2017, Noon, Central Standard Time to be considered responsive.
