- Redacted J&A The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Systems Section, DITCO/PL8223, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406 awarded HC101317F0161, on July 28, 2017 to AT&T Mobility, LLC. The order was awarded non-competitively utilizing United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Next Generation Wireless Blanket Purchase Agreements (NGW-BPAs). The firm fixed price order was awarded to extend wireless services in support of the Joint Service Provider (JSP) with a period of performance of 1Aug 2017 - 31 July 2018. The order was awarded via Request for Quote (RFQ) #DHAM71535 and was issued against NGW-BPA Applicable Contract W91RUS-A-11-0007. A justification pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisiton Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) was approved on May 30, 2017 and supports the JSPs need to ensure continuous commercial wireless devices and services remain available. This logical follow-on effort to AT&T Mobility, LLC will ensure continuous operations for supporting defense agencies are sustained. The services include, but are not limited to, domestic service plans for voice minutes, text messaging, and data, as well as international service plans for voice minutes, text messaging, and data. This J&A covers several orders currently administered by multiple contracting agencies, to include the U.S. ACC-APG, and is provided as an attachment to this award synopsis in accordance with the requirements of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D).
