- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement for a circular lobby exhibit. The draft SOW is attached. This requirement is reserved for small businesses under NAICS code 541430 Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of $7.5M. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 9 AM local time. Only site visit attendees will be permitted to submit proposals. Site visit attendees will meet at the William J. Hughes Technical Center Security Operations Center. A formal request for proposals will be issued after the site visit. This project is being fast-tracked, and will have a short turn-around time. If your company would like to attend the site visit, please provide the name(s) of the attendees via email to the Contracting Officer at Lori.McLaughlin@faa.gov. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the above email address.
