- Site Visit Base Access Form Dining Facility.dwg Statement of Work, purchase description, drawings, and pictures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J2-17-R-2519 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Effective 19 January 2017. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns; however, in the event that no Small Business concerns can meet the requirement the set-aside will be withdrawn and an award will be made to a Large Business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 238290 with a small business size standard of $15.0M. This is a firm fixed price type contract to provide removal of current salad bar and installation of custom salad bar and beverage counter. Or equal will be considered but must meet salient characteristics. Please see Statement of Work for details and specifications. Please provide a drawing for Government review prior to proposal. Please submit final proposal along with 2D and 3D drawings for the following line items: CLIN 0001: Installation per Statement of Work. CLIN 0002: Salad bar and beverage counter. Quotes will be evaluated based on lowest price that meets salient characteristics. Award can only be made to contractors registered in System For Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov Awarded vendor must invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), an online invoicing system https://wawf.eb.mil/ after delivery. The WIANG (128ARW) is a Federal agency and tax exempt.
