- This solicitation, W912LP-17-Q-7208, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 333318 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Basis for award is low price. The Government intends to make a single award as a result of this solicitation; however, multiple awards may be made if determined to be in the Government's best interest. The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: -0001: INDUSTRIAL STATIONARY HEATED PRESSURE WASHER / 5 GALLONS PER MINUTE OUTPUT, 3000 PSI OUTPUT TO 3/8 IN 4500 PSI WATER OUTPUT LINE. WATER INPUT MUST CONNECT TO ¾ IN COMPRESSION MALE FITTING / 230 VOLT 30 AMP 3 PHASE MINIMUM TEN HP BELT DRIVEN MOTOR / COMPATIBLE TO BE CONTROLLED BY WIRED SINGLE REMOTE CONTROL PANELS LOCATED IN HANGAR / VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS: MUST CONNECT TO 12IN DOUBLE WALL EXHAUST HOOD. UNIT MUST BE WITHIN 4FT 8IN TO FIT UNDER EXISTING EXHAUST SYSTEM AND CONNECT TO AUTOMATIC DAMPENER / WATER HEATER MUST OPERATE OFF OF NATURAL GAS WITH A RANGE OF BTU'S UTILIZED IN ORDER TO MEET THE DESIRED WATER OUTPUT SPECIFICATIONS, ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL. ELECTRONIC IGNITION / UNIT MUST FIT WITHIN RAISED CONCRETE SLAB DIMENSIONS 5FT 3IN X 2FT 4IN / WATER TIGHT ELECTRICAL PANEL WITH HOUR METER / HEAVY DUTY FRAME AND LEGS, STAINLESS STEEL COVER AND PANEL ASSEMBLY WITH HINGED SYSTEM FOR EASY SERVICE OR INSPECTION. *UNIT MUST BE UL-1776 CERTIFIED. *A RANGE OF BTU'S MAY BE UTILIZED IN ORDER TO MEET THE DESIRED WATER OUTPUT SPECIFICATIONS. --Quantity: 5 EACH Submission Requirements: Vendors will submit quote in format of their own choosing.
