- SF-30 Amendment to Solicitation *** 08/10/2017** Amendment A0002 tp Solicitation: See below RFI Q&A. Solicitation submission date extended to Friday August 18th 2017 3pm EST. 1. Thickness of Pour in Place? Enough for a critical height of 8', approximate thickness of 3.75 inches. 2. Color of Pour in Place? Blue 3. There will be a staging area. 4. Does the equipment need to comply with the Buy American Act? Yes 5. Does the project need to comply with the Davis Bacon Wages? No, Award will be made as a Supply with installation services (SCA) 6. Do we need a payment Bond and performance Bond? No 7. Do we need to include the concrete pad for the rubber safety surface or is the playground equipment being installed over an existing concrete surface? Existing concrete surface per SOW 8. Is the area leveled? Yes ***08/02/2017 Amendment to Solicitation: Site visits for Monday August 7th and Tuesday August 8th have been scheduled at 0900 for both dates. This combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies and services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-PMU103. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 423910 Sporting and Recreational Good and Supplies Merchant Wholesaler, Standard size in Employees: 100 This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of playground equipment per line item. Include pictures of equipment being offered to the Government. b. Cost to provide and install rubber surface per SOW c. Cost of labor to install playground equipment Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 24 August 2017 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 14 August 2017. Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $47K Performance Period: Delivery and Installation of playground equipment shall commence NLT 45 days after award is made. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required.
