Description
Building Construction Specifications Davis Bacon Wage Rates Location and Map SOW Solicitation SF-1442 The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) acting through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Jimmy Carter Plant Materials Center (JCPMC) in Americus Georgia has a requirement for commercial services from a general contractor or equivalent to remove, replace and perform various requirements/repairs explained in further detail in the Statement of Work. A site visit has been scheduled for 8/16/17 at 10 a.m. EDST. Interested parties are highly encouraged to attend, but it is not required to submit a quote. The location of the work is as follows: USDA/NRCS Plant Material Center 295 Morris Drive Americus, Sumter County, Georgia 31719 The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and goods to perform all services expressed in the SOW which includes removal of existing infrastructure, site preparation, installation of new replacement items and site cleanup. Contractor shall be responsible for attaining all applicable permits and all work must be completed in accordance with all applicable building codes. All electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician. All installation, wiring, and electrical connections shall comply with manufacturer's recommendations, recognized industry standards, and local building codes. Areas surrounding work area for projects identified must be protected from damage. All scrap, waste, and debris resulting from completing work is to be properly disposed of at contractor's expense.
