- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), intends to acquire 1 Current Thermal Monitoring Enclosure from Techni Tool Inc., Worcester, PA 19490, through sole source negotiations. The contractor shall provide all that is necessary in order to meet the requirements of the Government. The government was not able to develop a statement of work suitable to obtain the deliverables on a competitive basis. The government intends to solicit only one source under the authority FAR 6.302-1. The proposed purchase order is for supplies, which will be a Firm Fixed-Price, 100% Small Business Set A-side and the award shall be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers;however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed Purchase Order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreation of the Government.
