Combined Synopsis Solicitation STORM WATER MONITORING SERVICES FORT JAKSON, SC Post Date: 10 August 2017 Due Date: 24 August 2017 Solicitation Number: W9124C-17-T-0051 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 541620 Environmental Consulting Services with a size standard of $15.0M Product Service Code: B533 Water Quality Studies Set-Aside Status: This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses System for Award Management: The Contractor must be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. "Registered in the SAM database" means that (1) the contractor has entered all mandatory information, including the DUNS number or the DUNS+4 number, into the SAM database; and (2) The Government has validated all mandatory data fields and has marked the record "Active." Contract Type: The Government is contemplating issuance of a single award contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12 and Part 13. The purpose of this advertisement is for services needed to provide Waste Storm Water Monitoring at Fort Jackson, South Carolina in accordance with the State of South Carolina NPDES General Permit for Strom Water Discharges from regulated small municipal separate storm sewer systems (SMS4 Permit). Services include the collection of storm water samples from the SMS4 location; equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration; data analysis ; and reporting as identify in the SMS4 permit and the Fort Jackson TMDL monitoring and assessment plans for the Gills Creek watershed for DO and E. coli, hereafter referred to as TMDL plans. The anticipated period performance is one (1) 12 month period from date of award. Site Visit: The Site visit is not mandatory, nor a condition for offering a quote for this solicitation. However, attending the site visit is highly encouraged. Date: 18 August 2017 at 10:00 A.M Place: Building 2563 Essayons Way (Conference Room ) Please register for the site visit by sending your company's name and the name of each attendee to octavio.b.palmerocampusano.civ@mail.mil NTL 15 August 2017 @ 1300.
