- Capability Statement STATEMENT OF WORK 1.Objective/Requirements •Procure QTY: 10 DFB Interband Cascade Lasers with a wavelength of 3010.x nm (please specify to 0.1 nm accuracy) with an output power of > 3 mW. •NanoPlus shall provide the following information for the QTY: 10 DFB Interband Cascade Lasers: oPerform functional tests that verify operating conditions (wavelength, output power, op temp, etc.) oProvide test report showing the verification of operating conditions (wavelength, output power, op temp, etc.) oLot/date information and Certificate of Conformance oISO / ASN Certification documentation oLaser Classification (ANSI, German and European DIN EN 60825, and/or an international classification) oLead Time (Expected Delivery) 2.Characteristics, Scope, and Specs QTY: 10 DFB Interband Cascade Lasers meet the following Specifications as described: •Wavelength: 3010.x nm(please specify to 0.1 nm accuracy) •Output power: >3 mW •Mounting Option: TO 66 housing with TEC and NTC with black cap (cap antireflection coated with black colour)and antireflection coated window •Operating temperature: between 20 C - 30 C
