- VAMC FAYETTEVILLE, Fayetteville, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for purchase of Lap Chole Trays. These trays are instrument trays used in the Operating Room for surgery cases. The trays are made up of sterilized Carefusion instruments. This requirement is intended for award to: Carefusion 211, INC, 22745 Savi Ranch Pkway, Yorba Linda, CA. under the authority 6.302-1, Only one responsible source. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 339112, small business size standard: 1,000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 days of publication (on/before 14 Aug 2017). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
